Playing soccer makes me happy. Soccer is my favorite sport. Also, kicking balls can strengthen your legs. The best part is that when I score even 1 goal, I will be very happy. I will feel proud because I get to support my team by scoring a point. I play soccer mostly at my lunch time and I play it with my friends.
I know that playing basketball makes you grow taller. Basketball is a game in which you throw ball to the hoop to get points if the ball gets through. There is a shot called jump shot:you have to jump a big one. In basketball, you jump a lot and because of this frequent jumping, your bones get a little longer gradually. This is why most basketball players are very tall.
Sports, however, can damage you pretty badly when you misuse the gadgets for the sports. For example, if you play soccer and get a really bad tackle, it can break your legs. Or maybe when you are playing baseball, you might get hit by the ball. Then, your body will be crushed. These are the reasons why sports are potentially dangerous. Once I got hit by a basketball and got a double nosebleed. A double nosebleed is uncommon and hard to arrest. We always need to be careful when playing any kinds of sports. Even the small table tennis can damage you badly. Watch Out!
In conclusion, the three things that I know to be true are that I know that soccer makes me happy, playing basketball can make you grow taller and sports can cause a great deal of damage. In my opinion, I think we should be healthy and have a good day by playing sports yet being careful enough.
